Bringing Hope and Healing: Medical Outreach in Somaliland

July 2025 Update

In 2024 and 2025, our organization had the extraordinary opportunity to bring compassionate medical care to some of the most vulnerable tribes in Somaliland—a region often overlooked in global health initiatives. These back-to-back medical outreaches were made possible through our strategic partnership with Warsan Relief Organization (WRO), based in Hargeisa, and with the full cooperation and support of the Somaliland Ministry of Health Department.

Together, we witnessed how collaboration, compassion, and service can make a lasting impact.

Patients Served

  • 2024 Outreach: 1,878 patients
  • 2025 Outreach: 1,925 patients

These numbers represent far more than statistics—they are individuals and families who received care, dignity, and hope in a time of great need. Many patients came from underserved communities with limited or no access to medical services. From routine care to life-saving interventions, our teams—working alongside WRO and local health officials—offered not only treatment but also a tangible expression of love and concern.

A Spirit of Partnership

The success of these outreaches was built on strong relationships:

  • Warsan Relief Organization brought critical local insight and logistical coordination.
  • The Somaliland Ministry of Health ensured smooth operations, approvals, and onsite support that exceeded expectations.

This spirit of unity and mutual respect enabled the team to work efficiently and respectfully within the cultural and regulatory framework of the region.

Looking Ahead

These missions reaffirm our commitment to serving the vulnerable, especially in regions that are often overlooked. We are deeply grateful for the open doors in Somaliland and look forward to continued opportunities to extend holistic care and encouragement.

Thank you to all who gave, served, and supported these outreaches. Your partnership helps transform lives.
